Roadside Magick
When witches speak of herbs they often think of exotic
plant material from far off places. But with a bit of
imagination and some new eyes, any witch can find what
she needs for spell work or meditation right outside
her own door.

That's the concept behind "Roadside Magick" both the
video and the book. In this brief overview, JD will
teach you how to identify potent and powerful herbs in
your own neighborhood that can address just about any
need. She will also show you how to collect and
preserve your finds for future use.

Expand your mind and fill your spell cabinet with
herbs you have gathered yourself. All you need is the
right information and a new set of eyes for the magick
in your own backyard.

A Lesson on Polarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy is one of a multitude of
hands-on healing modalities which works with
the flow of the body's energies. It is, perhaps,
the easiest to learn to use effectively.
Through demonstrations and practice,
participants will learn to use the
fundamentals of polarity on one another.
Polarity is practiced with cloths on. You can
connect your energetic body to that of your
subject through ordinary street clothing.
Working with energy can be a part of many
diverse spiritual paths. Besides, it is both
helpful and fun.

Rootwork/ Hoodoo: Origins and
Powers

Hoodoo is an African-American system of folk
magic, mixed with European folklore famed
for “come to me” sprays, good luck powders
and money-drawing floor-washes. Its
practitioners are called “doctors”, “conjurers”
or “spiritual workers” and its products are
made with secret elements. Its roots lie in the
fusion of immigrant and native lore in the
southern states of the USA.

The colorful history and differences from
pagan rituals will be discussed along with
more unusual ingredients, their uses and
attributed powers. The ingredients (including
John-the- Conqueror root, Florida water,
goopher dust and hot-foot powder) will be on
hand for those who have never seen them.

Trance Dance
Dance has been an important element in many
religions through out history. Most maintain that
dance is one of the most natural ways to
connect with deity. During Trance Dance, the
body unites with the soul in movement and form.
It's as if we give our souls a form to express
through. In this easy an fun class, we will learn
